GENERAL:

Don't trace, copy or claim the artworks as yours(as you making it). Please credit me if you are using the art on social media. (youtube, facebook, twitter, etc)I have the right to use artworks for promotion purposes (commission samples, speedpaints). If you wouldn't like your commission to be posted, let me know .I have the right to refuse the commission proposal if I can’t fulfill the standards

PAYMENT IS FULL AND UPFRONT:

Payment must be made within 2 days after invoice is sent, otherwise the order will be canceled.If the character is very complex or there is some additional things, the price might be increased.

REVISIONS:

I'll send WIPs. In case you don't want to see the process, please let me know in advance. Keep in mind that if you don't want to see the process, you won't be able to make corrections after the picture is done.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY:

It can take from the moment I start working up to a month, I will not take more time than that (otherwise you will be notified). The final product will be delivered via email, Drive, DM/PM (if via twitter or discord) or VGen. The final product will be delivered as "png" (otherwise if it is a Model it will be in PSD) for better quality. If the client wants another image format, they must notify me in advance.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I retain all rights to my work. You are not allowed in any way to use it for AI, NFT or any kind of cryptographic purposes.

USE

Personally, I don't care if you use the commission for commercial use if u want, just make sure to give me credits!

REFUNDS

There’s NO REFUNDS. Unless if for some reason I can’t do your commission anymore.
